The cleaned grass sections are dried using an industrial cold dryer, the Luxury TKD-LCD500F, operating at temperatures between 15-50°C for approximately two hours. After drying, the grass straws undergo sterilization using UV light in a disinfection cabinet. They are then sorted by natural color and size. Additionally, certifications such as HACCP, ISO 22000, and TCVN ensure safety and sustainability standards.
